Each board is made to order and typically takes 3-4 weeks to craft.
Includes Maintenance Kit: 2 oz bottle of board oil, 0.75 oz. tin of board wax, polishing, and sanding pad ($20 Value).
Made from select Black Walnut sourced in western North Carolina, each board delivers understated luxury and natural elegance. Rich, dark brown tones mix with bold grain patterns and the occasional streak of lighter sapwood, giving every board its own personality. No two look the same, and that natural variation is part of what makes them special.
Walnut is our most eye-catching hardwood, hands down. The end-grain design stands up to heavy use while remaining kind to your knives, offering a great balance of durability and blade protection. These boards are thick and substantial!
Each board is finished with a food-safe, FDA-compliant wood finish made from coconut oil, mineral oil, beeswax, and vitamin E. It won’t affect food flavor and leaves boards silky smooth. In addition, a wood wax is the final step of the finishing process to provide additional protection, rich color, and soft shine.
